Job Summary
Lead the Design Team to deliver high-quality façade design works, ensuring alignment with construction schedules and standards while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve design and site challenges efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Design Team to execute façade design works aligned with project requirements Organize and plan design activities to meet construction schedules and deadlines Allocate tasks and provide drafting guidelines to team members to maintain quality and improve productivity Review and check drawings and cutting list profiles to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards Ensure all design deliverables meet standard requirements, specifications, and project scope Identify and report additional work or variations to Project Manager/Contract Manager for approval Coordinate design efforts between the Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor, and other contractors Assist the site team in resolving site clashes to maintain project progress Lead workshops and review shop drawings to assess constructability, sequencing, and design quality Manage design change processes to minimize schedule delays and cost impacts Resolve unforeseen interface issues throughout various design phases to ensure smooth project execution
