To be successful you must have the following: • Proven Site Manager experience delivering multi-residential developments. • Experience on projects valued at $30M+ will be highly regarded. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and project stakeholders. • Excellent knowledge of construction programming, sequencing and quality assurance. • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety. • The ability to maintain programme while delivering exceptional quality outcomes. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Trade or tertiary qualifications within the construction industry. This role will see you take ownership of the site delivery for a $60 million residential tower , ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
