** The digital Commerce channel is rapidly changing and to keep pace with the continuous developments in tools & tech and to make sure shopper data is unlocked and translated to provide data driven insights, the dComm Data, Tech & Experience Manager role in BNL is installed.

You play a critical role in unlocking online shopper data and implementing digital commerce tools to increase the overall digital shopper experience and enable our BNL future growth ambition for the channel.

**How you will contribute** You will: + Partner and collaborate effectively across functional teams in BNL to understand and identify business challenges and develop and/or implement solutions to enable our future growth ambition + Shape BNL plan to increase dComm insights, standardize tools/reporting and processes + Partner with MEU dComm team and our suppliers of data & tools to deploy selected tools and data in BNL and leverage best practices + Apply new dComm technologies to the BNL market + Lead KPI management by tracking dComm key results like revenue, marketshare, digital shelf & digital retail media + Building BNL dComm data / tech and experience capabilities + All in order to deliver our annual targets and build capabilities for future success **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Master's degree in a relevant domain + 2-3 years of relevant working experience (data analytics, tech, ecommerce) + Experience in digital commerce environment (shopper data, digital shelf, digital retail media, agentic commerce) + Proficient in Excel (expert level), Power BI, Nielsen, customer tools, digital shelf tools + Strong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots + Passion for online shopper experience / digital commerce + Business acumen, strong drive for results and ability to get things done + Ability to handle complex business challenges and projects + Pro active team player + Fluent English / Dutch, French is a plus **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position:** You will report to the dComm Lead Benelux.
