Logistics Specialist (Manufacturing Industry)

We are partnering with a global manufacturing with activities in Singapore to appoint a Logistics Specialist supporting their manufacturing operations This role plays a critical part within the manufacturing logistics operations and is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving continuous improvement within warehouse operations. You will lead initiatives to optimize warehouse operations, improve processes, enhance safety and quality, and work closely with 3PL partners to deliver operational and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day logistics inbound operations • Act as the main escalation point for logistics operations and performance issues • Manage and govern 3PL providers, including cost control, productivity, service levels, and continuous improvement • Drive warehouse capacity planning, space optimization, and productivity improvement • Own logistics Quality Management Systems, audits, process controls, and compliance standards • Ensure strong inventory control, cycle counting, and SOX-compliant financial reporting Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management • Strong exposure to manufacturing operations • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics excellence, and continuous improvement is an advantage • Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC / EWM / S4HANA preferred)
