About you: You’re a passionate and experienced designer who cares deeply about the craft, and how great design can solve real problems. You enjoy working in fast-moving product environments, think in systems, and are excited about how AI can support and enhance modern design practices.

You’re comfortable leading others, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and balancing creativity with commercial impact.

Day-to-day, you will: Lead the design of product experiences end-to-end, from user journeys and interaction design through to visual execution across all customer touchpoints Manage and develop a small design team, setting high standards for quality, collaboration and continuous improvement Work closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to deliver user-friendly, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences Use modern tools, including generative AI, to explore ideas, prototype solutions and improve design outcomes Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience working with design systems and an understanding of how they evolv
