Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend services — APIs, data pipelines, integrations.
• Build and iterate on frontend interfaces using our design system, ensuring quality and performance.
• Work on complex business workflows that support case management, applications, lodgement, payments integration, accounting, document handling, reporting and search functions.
• Strengthen engineering quality through testing, code review, secure coding, dependency hygiene, observability and DevSecOps practices.
• Operate in DevOps mode — own your features from development through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Participate in technical planning and sprint execution, contributing to estimates and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate closely with the PM and designer to ship user-facing features that meet processing velocity and UX targets.
Knowledge, Skills and Experiences
All candidates must have:
• Strong proficiency in system solutioning, data structures analysis, and delivering robust applications.
• Solid understanding of product management fundamentals along with practical experience in designing secured applications.
• Hands-on experience leading the team using orchestration on low-code platforms.
• Design and implement workflow systems, including working with dynamic case management, system integrations, payment and accounting functions, reporting, batch jobs, authentication flows and external data sources.
• Experience designing cloud application, ability to plan and execute integration with various external systems.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the Tungsten Automation application platforms and Decisions application platform will be a strong advantage, as our main application is built on such platforms. Experience integrating other systems capabilities into platform workflows is particularly valued.
• Hands-on experience in delivering at least one full project development life cycle in the above application platform(s) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in one or more of the following processes and infrastructure areas:
• Agile processes and practices.
• Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) with government’s SHIP/HATS.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCC.
• Data migration and document migration.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
