Job Description
About the Role We are partnering with a leading public sector organisation to hire a Technical Business Analyst / Product Analyst to support the delivery of digital products and cloud-based solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to solution delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to define product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy. Identify business opportunities and recommend product enhancements based on user needs, business priorities, and technical capabilities.
Support the definition of product success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Develop business cases and recommend solution approaches aligned with organisational objectives. Facilitate requirement workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders. Maintain product backlogs and support backlog prioritisation based on business value and technical considerations.
Agile Product Delivery Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and delivery timelines.
Support end-to-end product development from conceptualisation through implementation and release. Work closely with UX/UI designers and software engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with user
