IT Business Analyst (Wealth Management / Temenos Triple'A)

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a large-scale Wealth Management IT transformation program with a leading global financial institution in Singapore. You will be part of the Investment Services stream, responsible for the functional implementation of the Temenos Wealth Suite, which covers Investment Advisory, Portfolio Analysis, and more. ⇒ Main Responsibilities • Perform techno-functional analysis for various sub-streams, including integration of client channels (e.g., e-banking) with Temenos Wealth Suite as the backend • Act as a point of contact with external vendors/integrators and business representatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables • Enhance the product backlog with detailed specifications and communicate them to relevant stakeholders • Gather and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis, and produce or review Functional Specifications • Review SIT test cases, prepare and support UAT, and ensure proper documentation of functional and non-functional specifications • Contribute to change management and support incident analysis as required ⇒ Qualifications & Experience Must-Have: • 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or financial services • Intermediate functional knowledge of wealth management (e.g., equities, funds, bonds) • Strong understanding of Temenos Triple'A core scripting to provide solutioning and explain logic • Experience in IT transformation projects involving portfolio management systems or core banking applications • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence • Experience in Waterfall and Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of REST API design standards Good to Have: • Design Thinking knowledge • Cybersecurity knowledge • Deep functional knowledge in derivatives and structured products • Vendor management experience • Certified Product Owner or Scrum Master certification Soft Skills: • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills • Ability to work in a multicultural environment (Asia + Europe) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Team player with high level of professionalism
