Job Description

Responsible for assisting the CM/SM to lead the Site works with own team and subcontractors. 1. To manage, coordinate and lead a team of consortium partners 2. Ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with the contract documents. 3.

To plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes resource allocation, manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and assist in cost control. 4.

Liaise closely with Employer, Superintending Officer & RSS Team, Partnering Companies, Sub-contractors and relevant authorities in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliance issue to achieve smooth completion of projects. 5.

Liaise with the Employer’s safety manager in the development of a site-specific safety plan. 6. Prepare detailed, accurate timely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations, change in subcontractors, customer issues and other related problems. 7.

Develop logistics plan that allows the contractors to complete their work in a coordinated, efficient manner. 8. Develop method of construction, evaluate and assess trade contractor method statements and contract documentation for buildability and provide suitable feedback. 9.

Establish regularly scheduled meetings with the trade contractors to review the following: shop drawing preparation / approval, equipment/material lead times and required on-site dates, manpower projections vis-a-vis the project schedule, quality/performance issues on and off site. 10.

To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company. 11. Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Management.

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management or equivalent qualification 2. Mini
