Job Description
Responsibilities Understand the values and vision of the organization. Protect the Intellectual Property. Adhere to all the policies and procedures. Set up and manage Marketo engagement programs and nurture streams. Execute A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics.
Leverage Munchkin V2 tracking to retain anonymous engagement data and enhance lead scoring accuracy. Set up, refine, and manage lead scoring models using merged activity datasets for targeted campaigns. Build automated Marketo programs to re-engage inactive leads and conduct churn analysis using behavioural data.
Manage campaign builds, list uploads, database hygiene, and CRM integrations within Marketo. Ensure accurate and timely lead routing and assignment logic in Salesforce. Maintain Salesforce data quality through deduplication, data standardization, and enrichment.
Conduct secondary research to verify and enhance database records with contact and firmographic details. Essential Skills Job 4+ years of advanced hands-on experience in Marketo, including engagement programs, lead scoring, and CRM integration.
3+ years experience in Salesforce CRM (Lightning) for lead/contact management, reporting, dashboards, and campaign setup. Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM data alignment. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas).
Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnel processes. Personal Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mind set with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to global team collaboration. Preferred Skills Job Experience with database management, enrichment tools, and marketing analytics.
