About the Role The Revenue Cycle Management team is seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer to play a key role in modernizing our billing platform. This position will focus on designing and implementing architectural solutions for performant, scalable systems that can evolve with our growing business needs. In this role you will be applying AI within product and operational workflows to solve real business problems and improve customer outcomes . You will help design and ship production systems that combine backend engineering with AI capabilities such as summarization, extraction, classification, recommendation, and workflow automation. Your expertise in cloud technologies will be critical as you collaborate with teams to integrate cloud solutions, optimize performance, and establish monitoring practices.
