Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring a Senior Client Revenue Manager to own the full post-sale relationship for a portfolio of high-value B2B clients. This role combines client strategy, revenue growth, and campaign performance analysis to ensure clients consistently generate pipeline and expand their engagement. You will lead client conversations, interpret campaign data, identify performance opportunities, and guide clients toward better revenue outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with agency or consulting client management experience , strong outbound sales or demand generation knowledge , and the ability to translate campaign insights into strategic recommendations. Success in this role means driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strong retention, expansion opportunities, and proactive strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Revenue Ownership Manage a portfolio of 10–20 client accounts , owning retention, expansion revenue, and overall account health. Lead structured weekly client strategy calls, providing insights, recommendations, and clear action plans. Identify and close expansion opportunities including additional campaigns, new use cases, and service upgrades. Build trusted relationships with founders, CROs, and revenue leaders to ensure long-term partnerships. Campaign Intelligence & Strategy Analyze outbound campaign performance data including reply rates, sequencing performance, deliverability signals, and targeting effectiveness. Translate performance insights into clear recommendations to
