Senior Operations Director/Manager (Aerospace) $12–20K+++ | Bonuses | 5 Days (Hybrid) | West $12,000–20,000+++ |Bonuses Mon–Fri (Office Hours) Career Advancement West Company &Position Overview We are partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturing firm to identify a highly strategic Senior Operations Director or Manager. This is acritical leadership role reporting directly to the COO, designed for an experienced executive capable of driving regional operational excellence and executing complex, multi-site strategies. Position Overview: In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations across multiple country sites, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. A major focus of this mandate will be leading an end-to-end factory relocation program to Thailand , ensuring zero disruption to production and customer commitments. Responsibilities: Regional Leadership: Oversee full operational performance and ensure alignment of production, supply chain, quality, and logistics with the regional strategy. Factory Transfer: Develop and execute a detailed transition roadmap covering asset transfer, workforce transition, supplier realignment, and site setup in Thailand. Financial & P&L Management: Manage P&L, departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and forecasting, while driving initiatives to reduce operating costs. Operational Excellence: Implement Lean manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks across sites. Team Development: Mentor the operations management team and foster a culture of continuous learning and safety. Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the (aerospace) manufacturing industry. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Engineering Proven experience managing P&L and a strong background in CNC machining for complex components.
