The Hub Delivery product allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery - 5+ years of program or project management experience with demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements across multiple operational dimensions - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, complex formulas) and SQL for data analysis - Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including operations, legal, and product teams - Strong English & Arabic communication skills (written and verbal)
