Amazon's Process Excellence (PEX) team is looking for a Station PEX Manager to lead process improvement initiatives at one of our Delivery Stations. In this role, you will identify inefficiencies, design and implement scalable solutions, and coach station teams to sustain high performance. You will work at the intersection of data, operations, and people — turning complex problems into measurable results that improve delivery speed, quality, and cost.Key job responsibilitiesLead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to reduce defects and improve station performancePartner with station leadership to identify root causes of operational gaps and implement sustainable countermeasuresDevelop and maintain performance dashboards, standard work documentation, and process controlsCoach and train associates and managers on problem-solving tools and process excellence principlesDrive adoption of best practices across shifts and facilitate cross-station knowledge sharingA day in the lifeAs a Station PEX Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of making Amazon’s logistics better – which means improving safety, productivity, and quality. Part of your role will involve running observations and audits to identify where processes could be enhanced. Another part of your role will be recommending changes and using your project management and stakeholder management skills to put new processes in place. You’ll be based at the Delivery Station and accountable for positively influencing operational efficiency at the site. If needed, you will carry out analysis at other local or national level. About the teamThe Process Excellence team partners with operations to build a culture of continuous improvement across Amazon Logistics. We combine analytical rigor with hands-on operational knowledge to deliver measurable performance gains.The minimum basic salary for this position is EUR [3.491] gross per month. In accordance with the applicable legal requirements, we also state that the minimum salary for this position is determined by the relevant collective bargaining agreement. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay. In addition, depending on the position, we offer sign-on payments and restricted stock unit (RSU) award as well as employee discount.
