By ensuring the continuous operation of machines essential to our activities, Amazon's RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) team plays a fundamental role in our operations. As an RME Technician, you - Education and experience: Bac Pro, BTS, BUT or equivalent (minimum Bac+2 / Associate Degree) in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, with experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance or a similar role for a minimum of two years - Preventive maintenance and CMMS: Proven experience with planned preventive maintenance systems and proficiency in CMMS platforms - Troubleshooting and diagnostics: - Advanced troubleshooting skills on material handling equipment and automation systems, with proficiency in reading mechanical and electrical drawings - Technical skills:Hands-on experience with conveyor systems, motor controllers, variable frequency drives and sensor technologies - Operational skills: Knowledge of health and safety standards, strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities - Technological or vocational diploma (or international equivalent) in an engineering discipline or other engineering certification validated by a placement - Previous experience as a qualified engineer - Previous experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance - Full proficiency in the local language, both spoken and written
