If you have strong experience in tendering projects and enjoy cost planning, procurement, and contract management, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale developments while advancing your career. What You'll Be Doing Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and specialist trade works. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost comparisons, tender evaluations, and budget analyses. Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and administer letters of award, subcontract agreements, and procurement documentation. Monitor material price trends and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize project value. Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement throughout the tender process. What We're Looking For Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction Management, or a related discipline. 3–6 years of tendering and quantity surveying experience within the Singapore construction industry. Strong experience in tender projects is essential. Proficient in quantity take-off software and Microsoft Excel. Good knowledge of Singapore construction procurement practices, SIA/PSSCOC contracts, and local material specifications.
