Recruitment Consultant Come class 4 driver Occupation RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Job Description & Requirements Construction Foreign worker Recruiter & Admin Position Title: Foreign Recruiter & Admin (Construction) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Recruitment (Foreign Workers – Construction Sector) • Source, screen, and recruit foreign workers. .worker needs to be picked up from the airport any time (DAY &Night). .The worker must be taken to the medical facility for a medical checkup. .Need to bring Worker MoM For Thumprint. • Coordinate with overseas agents and manpower agencies to ensure timely supply of qualified workers. • Manage work permit applications, renewals, and documentation with relevant authorities. • Conduct interviews (in person/online) and evaluate candidates’ suitability for construction roles. • Maintain an updated manpower database and provide regular recruitment status reports to management. Administrative Support • Prepare and manage contracts, employment letters, and related HR documentation. • Handle foreign worker onboarding, including orientation, accommodation, and deployment to project sites. • Assist with payroll data entry, leave management, and attendance monitoring. • Liaise with government agencies (MOM, ICA, etc.) for compliance and legal requirements. • Provide general office administrative support such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping. Requirements • CEI(KAH) Mandatory CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENCE MANDATORY • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in foreign recruitment, preferably in the construction industry. • Knowledge of work pass/work permit regulations and MOM procedures. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with overseas agents. • Good organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
