Job Description The role holder will provide strategic counsel and operational leadership across all HR matters, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Key responsibilities include: * Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives. * Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives. * Serve as a key contributor in leadership discussions, strategic projects, long-term planning, and budgeting processes. * Lead core HR processes including: Talent review and succession planning Culture and engagement Performance management Talent development Inclusion and Diversity Provide coaching and advisory support to managers and employees on performance and development matters. Drive workforce planning strategies, productivity improvement, and workforce effectiveness initiatives. Ensure strong execution of HR programs with measurable business impact. The Successful Applicant Minimum 12 years of progressive, diverse HR experience in large multinational organizations. Minimum 3 years in a GCC (Global Capability Center) HR lead role. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Graduate degree required; Master's degree (HR/OD specialization preferred). Strong stakeholder management capability; assertive yet collaborative. High business acumen & analytical ability to translate business needs into people strategies. Strong influencing skills across global and matrixed environments. Demonstrated integrity, sound judgement, and professional credibility. Execution-focused with strong ownership and results orientation. Decisive, agile, and intellectually sharp with high personal confidence.
