High Impact Leadership Opportunity Opportunity to Lead a Global Quality Transformation About Our Client Our client is a globally expanding healthcare and medical technology organization with a strong presence across 100+ countries. Job Description Lead the Corporate Quality Assurance function across all manufacturing sites and establish a harmonized enterprise-wide QMS. Drive the global implementation of MasterControl and lead end-to-end digital quality transformation, including system selection, vendor management, implementation, validation, rollout, adoption, and governance. Ensure continuous inspection readiness across global regulatory frameworks including FDA, MHRA, ANVISA, ISO 13485 and other applicable medical device regulations. Provide strategic oversight to manufacturing facilities while standardizing quality processes and metrics across sites. Act as the final quality authority for critical decisions including product release and recall governance. The Successful Applicant A successful VP - Corporate Quality Assurance should have: 15+ years of experience in Corporate Quality Assurance, preferably within regulated Medical Device organizations. Hands-on experience in MasterControl is a must have, exposure to TrackWise, LIMS, or other global quality platforms is good to have. Expertise in ISO 13485, FDA, MHRA, ANVISA, and global audit/compliance requirements. Strong background in sterile products, implantable devices, or Class IIb medical devices. Proven experience in QMS harmonization, audit readiness, inspection management, recalls, CAPA, deviation management, and risk governance.
