Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility and excellence. Act as the ultimate brand guardian, analyze consumer behavior and market trends to ensure the brand remains relevant to the Indian TA, ensuring all marketing initiatives are consistent with global vision while being highly relevant to the local consumer, but also identify need gaps to translate into massive growth opportunities.
