RESPONSIBILITIES 5 days work week, Monday to Friday Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm Able to travel around Singapore Community Care Associate (CCA) provides skills training and intervention to Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PwIDs) to enhance their independent living skills and participation in the community. The CSA performs person- centred training and therapy according to the care/training plans developed by social service and/or healthcare professionals under Community Based Support Services (CSS). He/She is responsible for providing quality interaction and care to client. Community-Based Support Services (CSS) is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that response to emerging needs of PwIDs and Caregivers in the community. Other services include Me Too! Club, Future Care Planning Services, Caregivers Support Services, Special Student Care Centres, and Disability Case Management Programme, MINDS Clinic to enhance community inclusion and participation of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.
