Job description: 1) Lead client audit engagements including planning, executing, directing & completing financial audits. 2) Supervise, train & mentor junior associates. 3) Proactively interact with clients' key management personnel to gather information, resolve problems & make recommendations for improvement in internal controls and business processes. 4) Research & analyse financial statements and audit related issues. Requirements: Possess Accountancy degree and professional accounting qualifications such as ISCA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standards on Auditing Strong problem-solving skills and IT skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead and motivate a team.
