Key Responsibilities: Source and attract top talent through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referral channels Use headhunting techniques to proactively engage passive candidates who may not be actively job seeking Conduct thorough screening calls and structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Guide candidates with genuine care — from resume advice and interview preparation through to career development conversations Craft compelling job advertisements and post them strategically across relevant platforms to attract the right applicants Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate sourcing right through to successful job placement Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties are well-prepared and informed Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally EA License Number: 22C1278 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to being contacted for current or future job opportunities.
