Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations and administration to ensure a consistently smooth, efficient, and well-organised workplace environment Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, mail, and deliveries in a timely and professional manner Coordinate meeting schedules, manage office calendars, and arrange logistics for both internal and external engagements seamlessly Prepare, organise, and maintain business documents, reports, and confidential records in full compliance with all company policies Act as the warm and professional first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and general office enquiries without exception Oversee office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure the workplace remains consistently productive and well-maintained Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, invoice processing, and onboarding coordination Identify gaps in office processes and proactively implement practical improvements to enhance overall administrative efficiency Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital workplace tools Professional, reliable, and discreet with a strong sense of initiative and keen attention to detail EA License Number: 22C1278 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to being contacted for current or future job opportunities.
