We're looking for a motivated Presales Engineer to join our team and help us grow our customer base while nurturing strong technical relationships with existing partners and clients. We are looking for a customer-facing Presales Engineer to support our sales and partner teams throughout the sales cycle. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, partners, and internal teams, helping prospects understand how our solutions fit their technical, security, and operational requirements. This role requires someone who is hands-on technically, but also confident and credible in live customer discussions, workshops, and demos — particularly with German-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities Support Sales and Partner Managers during the onboarding phase with technical expertise. Lead and deliver technical product demonstrations, architecture overviews, and proof-of-concept discussions. Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements, constraints, and success criteria. Translate customer requirements into clear technical proposals and solution designs. Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise and public-sector customers. Answer technical questions related to deployment, integration, security, scalability, and performance. Collabora te closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to relay customer feedback and feasibility considerations. Contribute to technical documentation, SDK, and reusable presales assets. Support RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with technical input (especially in German). Requirements (Must-Have) Fluent German (spoken and written) — this is mandatory.
