OPENING SUMMARY The Director of RPAS Growth & Advisor Enablement is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across Retirement Plan Advisory Services (RPAS) by owning advisor engagement, internal wholesaling, and end-to-end new business execution. This role is designed to create a focused growth engine within RPAS—establishing a repeatable, measurable sales process while enabling financial advisors with the tools, messaging, and support needed to consistently generate and convert opportunities. The position works in close partnership with the Director of RPAS – Client Experience & Team Leadership to align growth initiatives with delivery excellence, fiduciary quality, and team capacity. Primary Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Execution Own RPAS revenue growth outcomes, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and overall new business results Build and execute a structured advisor outreach and communication cadence to drive referrals and engagement Lead the full sales lifecycle: pipeline → qualification → proposal → close, engaging RPAS leadership selectively for complex opportunities Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable growth model with measurable inputs (advisor touches, referrals, opportunities, wins) Advisor Enablement (Internal Wholesaling) Serve as primary liaison to financial advisors, equipping them with tools, messaging, and confidence to position RPAS solutions Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including value propositions, pitch decks, and competitive positioning Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to advisors to improve opportunit
