For an upcoming drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore, Peak Ocean is assembling an owner-side PMT. We are seeking a highly experienced and assertive Project Manager to act as our Client Representative, safeguarding the client's interests throughout the shipyard construction/reactivation campaign. The Role: Client Representative PMT As the Project Manager, you will act strictly in the client's interest, ensuring the contractor executes the construction/reactivation scope of work safely, on schedule, and within budget , and in strict compliance with local Singaporean regulations and international standards. You will report to the Project Director and provide day-to-day direction to the Engineering Manager, Construction Manager, Commissioning Manager, and Document Controller in delivering the asset to handover. 1. Contractor & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary focal point and liaison between the Client's corporate management, the Main Contractor/shipyard, and third-party consultants. Serve as a key interface with the end client (the rig owner), ensuring their technical and commercial expectations are represented and satisfied throughout the project. Enforce contractual terms and conditions, managing variations, claims, and dispute resolutions diligently. Monitor contractor progress against the approved baseline schedule and implement mitigation strategies for any delays. 2.
