For an upcoming drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore, Peak Ocean is assembling an owner-side PMT. We are seeking a highly experienced Drilling Control Engineer (Commissioning) to serve as a Client Representative in this role. The Role: Client Representative — Drilling Control Engineer Commissioning As part of the Peak Ocean PMT, you will act strictly in the client's interest, reporting to the Commissioning Manager. Your mission is to oversee the function testing, integration, and verification of the asset's drilling control and automation systems — cyber chairs/drilling control systems, Top Drive VFDs, draw works braking systems, BOP control pods, and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems, ensuring each system is proven safe and fit for purpose ahead of handover. Review and execute commissioning procedures and function test records for drilling control and automation systems, verifying results against acceptance criteria. Witness integrated system testing of drilling control systems, Cause & Effect logic, and Emergency Shutdown ( ESD ) sequences. Coordinate with equipment vendors (e.g., NOV, Cameron) on drilling control system commissioning, software configuration, and integration testing. Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and system walk-downs for drilling control equipment ahead of commissioning handover. Troubleshoot drilling control system issues identified during commissioning, coordinating with the Engineering Manager's E&I and Drilling teams where root causes trace back to design or fabrication. Maintain commissioning records and system test documentation, supporting the Mec
