For an upcoming drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore, Peak Ocean is assembling an owner-side PMT. We are seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Manager to serve as a Client Representative in this role. The Role: Commissioning Team Leadership As the Commissioning Manager, you will act strictly in the client's interest, leading the commissioning discipline team — Mechanical, Drilling Control, Subsea, Electrical, and Instrument Engineers — within the PMT. Your mission is to ensure all systems are safely energized, function-tested, and verified fit for purpose, so the asset is handed over complete, compliant, and ready for operation — on time and within budget. You will report to the Project Director and work closely with the Engineering Manager, Construction Manager, and Asset Readiness Lead to sequence commissioning against construction completion and readiness milestones. 1. Commissioning Team Leadership & Planning Lead and manage the commissioning team across Mechanical, Drilling Control, Subsea, Electrical, and Instrument disciplines. Develop and maintain the master commissioning plan and system-by-system commissioning sequence, aligned with construction completion and the Asset Readiness Lead's tracking. Define system boundaries and interfaces, ensuring commissioning scope is clearly bounded and coordinated across disciplines. Guide discipline commissioning engineers in technical discussions with Basic Designers , Classification Societies , and vendor specialists on commissioning procedures and system acceptance criteria. 2.
