Singaporean /PR ONLY 仅限新加坡公民或永久居民申请 MUST be able to speak Chinese due to operational requirements. 因工作需要,必须具备良好的中文沟通能力。 Clinical Assistance 临床助理职责 • Assist the dentist in chairside procedures and dental treatments. • 协助牙医进行椅旁治疗及各项牙科诊疗工作。 • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment according to MOH and clinic protocols. • 按照卫生部(MOH)及诊所标准操作程序(SOP)准备、消毒及维护牙科器械、材料和设备。 • Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort during procedures. • 协助患者做好治疗前准备,并确保治疗过程中的舒适与安全。 • Mix and prepare dental materials when required. • 根据需要调配及准备牙科材料。 • Assist in taking dental radiographs. • 协助拍摄牙科X光片。 Patient Interaction 病人服务 • Greet patients and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. • 接待患者,并确保报到及离诊流程顺畅。 • Educate and advise patients on oral hygiene, post-operative instructions, and clinic services. • 向患者讲解口腔卫生知识、术后护理指导及诊所服务。 • Handle treatment discussions and provide basic explanations of procedures and costs. • 协助与患者沟通治疗方案,并说明基本治疗流程及费用。 • Maintain patient confidentiality and service standards at all times. • 严格遵守患者资料保密原则,并维持优质服务标准。 Reception & Communication 前台接待与沟通 • Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp or online enquiries. • 接听电话,并回复 WhatsApp 及线上咨询。 • Schedule and manage patient appointments. • 安排及管理患者预约。 • Coordinate with patients for follow-ups and recalls. • 联络患者安排复诊及定期检查。 • Manage daily scheduling and appointment coordination. • 负责每日诊疗时间表及预约协调工作。 Administrative & Inventory 行政与库存管理 • Maintain clinic inventory and perform stock checks. • 管理诊所库存并定期进行盘点。 • Order supplies when needed. • 根据需要订购医疗用品及耗材。 • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data entry. • 准确维护患者病历,并协助资料输入。 • Comply with regulatory and MOH guidelines for clinical documentation. • 遵守卫生部(MOH)及相关法规对临床文件记录的要求。 • Assist in billing and payment collection. • 协助收费及收款工作。 • Issue receipts and invoices. • 开具收据及发票。 General Housekeeping & Compliance 诊所清洁与规范 • Maintain cleanliness of clinical and reception areas. • 保持诊疗区及前台区域整洁卫生。 • Adhere to clinic SOPs and infection control protoco
