About the Role We are hiring an Ecommerce & Operations Virtual Assistant to manage daily ecommerce operations and customer support across multiple sales channels including online marketplaces and our WordPress website. This role focuses on order administration, customer communication, basic website updates, and ongoing administrative support so the owner can focus on fulfillment and strategic growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, trustworthy, and communicates with customers in a respectful, patient, and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Operations & Order Administration Log into Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, and WordPress daily Review and organize all orders across channels so they are ready for warehouse fulfillment Create and maintain daily order lists in Google Sheets, including SKUs, customer names
