Job Summary: Compass Group, the world’s leading contract foodservice company, is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career development and growth. Responsibilities: Strategic Labor Objectives : Assist in identifying and implementing strategic labor objectives that align with business goals. Union Partnership & Education : Collaborate with HR and Operations to educate employees on organized labor issues, providing insight into company policies, procedures, and labor-related best practices. CBA Negotiation & Management : Support the negotiation and management of labor agreements, including planning, strategy development, and execution to achieve competitive and cost-effective labor agreements that align with Compass Group’s standards. Grievance and Arbitration Oversight : Assist in managing grievance and arbitration processes to maintain labor relations integrity; represent the company in mediation and arbitration proceedings as needed.
