DeFi Product Owner (Bilingual: English & Mandarin)

Core Positioning Technical Product Manager (Technical PM): Possesses an engineering background and can translate protocol/infrastructure complexity into clear product requirements and a seamless user experience. Experience: 3–5+ years of DeFi product experience, with a track record of building products from 0 to 1 (startup or core team experience preferred; well-known EVM DeFi project experience is a plus). Technical Capabilities Deep understanding of on-chain mechanisms: Account models, transaction patterns, RPC/indexer reliability, caching, and cross-chain workflows. Familiarity with wallet and core DeFi scenarios: Self-custodial wallets, swaps, staking, lending, yield, and token standards. Technical background: Full-stack or backend development foundation (React, Node, API, cloud architecture) to enable peer-to-peer technical dialogue with the engineering team. Bonus points: Participation in setting protocol standards (e.g., EIP proposals) or hands-on experience with OAuth/SDK integration. Business & Product Experience Experience building C-end consumer-grade crypto products combined with ecosystem-focused products (onboarding, points/incentive systems, app discovery, partner integrations). Proven, quantifiable track record in user growth or ecosystem integration. Cross-functional collaboration experience across Engineering, Design, Data, and Ecosystem/BD teams. Soft Skills & Qualities Strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
