We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Finance Manager to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. In this role, you will own the global operational expenses (OpEx) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) across all core SaaS functions. You will act as the strategic finance partner to department heads, ensuring capital is allocated efficiently to drive scalable growth. You will directly manage, mentor, and scale a team of three Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and proactive partnership. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Development Elevate Established Talent: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of three established Financial Analysts. Act as a mentor rather than a micro-manager, helping them be strategic business partners for their respective business units.
