Position: Sales Operation Analyst Location: Kallang Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Industry: Construction and Telecommunications Main Responsibilities: Tender & Bid Management (B2B / B2G) Monitor public and private sector procurement platforms for relevant Telecommunications, Solar PV, and EV charging tenders Serve as the main coordinator for tender submissions Own, audit, and clean the company CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce) to track win/loss data, pipeline health, and lifecycle bottlenecks Deliver actionable sales analytics and performance reports to management, highlighting revenue forecasts, team KPIs, and project-handover speeds Conduct ongoing market research on emerging trends withinthe green technology, telecom, and EV charging infrastructure ecosystems in Singapore Perform regular competitor analysis Manage and execute company's digital marketing footprint to capture inbound B2B leads Build out unified quotation frameworks and standardize multi-device pricing sheets to bridge the communication gap between field sales and project management crews Requirements: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of commercial experience handling a blend of tender preparation, digital marketing, and data analytics Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
