Our client is an estate management services company. They are looking for a Project Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. Responsibilities for Project Manager (Construction): Oversee all project activities, including on-site teams and workforce, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and specifications Monitor and control project costs, with full accountability for financial performance and profitability Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad-hoc reports Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments Lead project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Requirements: Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/ Mechatronics), Project Management or equivalent. 3 year of working experience Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
