The Role Abridge sits at the point of care and captures structured clinical data from every patient-clinician conversation in real-time: diagnoses, procedures, clinical history, treatment plans, and medical necessity narratives. This positions us uniquely to expand beyond clinical documentation into revenue cycle workflows where clinical data drives reimbursement. The current processes between payers and providers creates friction, administrative burden, delays in care, and worse experiences for patients and clinicians alike, and an “AI arms race” might only make it worse.
