Job Title : Junior Recruitment Coordinator Location Remote Time Zone US Eastern Standard Time (EST) Role Overview We are seeking a driven and highly organised Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiter who has come up through a fast-paced agency environment and is ready to take ownership of full-cycle sourcing and coordination across a diverse range of roles — from high-volume sales positions to specialised tech hires. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and be client-facing, supporting and participating in interviews and sitting in on client calls. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a metrics-driven, deadline-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Source and pipeline candidates for high-volume roles across sales, operations, and technology functions using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment workflows including scheduling, screening, and interview coordination Participate in candidate interviews and sit in on client-facing interviews as a representative of the recruitment function Liaise with internal hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, update pipelines, and provide regular progress reports Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality Provide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication Support the wider recruitment team with ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications Experience in recruitment or sourcing gained within an agency environment (non-negotiable) Demonstrated ability to source and manage candidates across both sales and tec
