Additional Information: The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Epic EHR certified professional with deep, hands-on experience across core applications Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows that improve performance and usability Creative problem solver who can reimagine workflows and design innovative approaches to improve efficiency and user experience Strong understanding of software architecture, healthcare standards, and end-to-end workflow design Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution Track record of delivering strategic initiatives, including emerging and AI-enabled healthcare solutions Expertise in change management, with the ability to drive adoption and sustain process improvements Pay Range: $59.00 - $88.50 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Works with IT leadership and business units to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve for technology related business problems. Assists in business relationship management, business strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management as needed. Maintains productive relationships with peers and management in IT and the business function. Articulates business value and strategy and coordinates with all areas of the IT department to ensure technology is fully leveraged to achieve operational excellence. Research how other organizations in the market to achieve or exceed industry best practices in key performance metrics. Leads the coordinating and monitoring of project activities and provides technical direction to project team to assure effective project completion in compliance with design and quality standards.
