⭐ Your next adventure awaits here ⭐ As part of our Subject Matter Expert team, you will be a technical expert in charge of supporting sales representatives during their sales process for our IAM offer: you will be responsible for providing technical and business expertise on our SaaS offer and for the post sales process to ensure clients have a good grasp of our software via training. Your main responsabilities : Conduct interactive demonstrations (and/or create use case) that align to the IP needs for IAM tools users when going to onsite visits Attend customer meetings in support of sales representatives to presentour software (EC+, Equinox Corporate, Equinox Law Firm, ELF+). Prepare presentationsfor seminars,highlighting oursoftwareand positioning the Questel offer. Provide customer trainingforOrbitInventionand OrbitAsset. Drive internally the SaaS offer assigned to the SME: raise the kwowledge on the offering of the sales team and all client facing person at Questel , supports the group’s strategic priorities… Support Product Managerand User Experience(UX)designerin describingIAM processes and use caseswhen they need theirexpertise Ensureregular reporting of field information collected during pre-sales and training activities. The ideal candidate has completed a diploma in intellectual property and has a professional experience in one of these fields: IP paralegal for a company or a law firm IP portfolio management With significant experience in using Intellectual Asset Management tools. Beside your deep knowledge of IP processes, operations, data and administration, you are proficient in extracting business intelligence from intellectual assets, have a solid understanding of business value chain, processes and applications, and understand very well how C-level Executives use IP information.
