Job Description
Full Time - 5 days week – 1 weekend (9am-6pm) and 4 weekdays (2pm-9pm) - Attend to enquires & answer phone calls, walk-in enquiries & emails - Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. - Provides information by answering questions and requests. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Able to handle little children from age 3 yrs old - Able to work as a team & independently - Customer Service oriented - Knowledge of Computer work - Microsoft document, excel is a must.
