They are looking to fill the role of Leasing Manager to maximise the occupancy ratio for the Retail portfolio. JOB DESCRIPTION Formulate strategies to maximise rental and occupancy ratio of Retail portfolio. Manage new and existing tenancies. Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost. Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting. Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support. Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing. 3 years of relevant experience in Retail leasing. Good understanding and conversant with leasing processes, workflows, operations and tenancy related matters. Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills. Extensive retailers network Great negotiation skills, presentation and interpersonal skills Must possess EAA or RES certificate OTHER INFORMATION Location : South Working days : 5 Days Salary : up to S$6,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
