Job Summary Provide frontline administrative and customer support by managing visitor and phone enquiries, performing office duties, supporting students and parents, and assisting in school events with professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities Deliver frontline customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to enquiries promptly and courteously Perform accurate data entry, organize filing systems, prepare documents, handle mail, and provide general office support to ensure smooth operations Manage issuance and tracking of keys, stationery, and teaching materials to maintain resource availability Assist students with lost-and-found enquiries, distribute spare uniforms, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student matters Support the planning and execution of school events and programmes to enhance student and community engagement Maintain detailed records of lost-and-found items and spare uniform distribution for accountability Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all duties and communications Perform additional tasks as assigned to support school administrative functions Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with visitors, students, and parents Required competencies and certifications Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
