Responsibilities: 3D Modelling & Shop Drawings: Translating 2D engineering schematics into data-rich 3D models. Clash Detection & Resolution: Identifying and solving spatial conflicts between M&E services and architectural/structural elements. As-Built Documentation: Updating models throughout the construction lifecycle to reflect final on-site installations. Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and drafters to ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes.
