Job Description
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records. Respond to HR enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters. Administer work passes, monitor compliance with employment regulations, and maintain statutory records. Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and exit interviews. Coordinate employee engagement programmes and support initiatives to enhance employee experience. Assist with performance management activities, including probation, appraisals, salary review, and talent development. Prepare HR reports, process invoices and purchase orders, and maintain accurate HR documentation. Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative duties as assigned.
