Type - 12 Months Contract ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES Manage and develop strong relationships with third-party IT vendors, acting as the primary point of contact. Analyze and validate business requirements, supporting their translation into clear technical specifications. Ensure that all technical changes and implementations adhere to security, data quality, functional, and performance standards. Provide governance and oversight to ensure third-party vendors meet contractual and service level agreements. Act as a point of escalation for resolving technical or contractual issues with vendors promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate these into vendor deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor performance, providing feedback and driving continuous improvement. Support the validation and testing of vendor solutions prior to deployment, ensuring compliance with standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor arrangements, technical requirements, and governance activities. Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure vendor compliance and risk mitigation. KEY INTERFACES Internal business units and project teams to gather requirements and communicate technical updates. Third-party IT vendors to oversee delivery, resolve issues, and enforce compliance. Information Security and Data Governance teams to ensure standards are maintained. Legal and Contract Management teams to review and manage vendor contracts and SLAs. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong technical background with experience in IT service management, vendor management, or related fields. Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and articulate them into technical terms. Experience in managing third-party vendors within regulated environments, preferably within healthcare or insurance sectors.
