Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to drive successful delivery and adoption of IT Infrastructure Services (Cloud), ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role bridges client and delivery teams, driving service excellence and strategic value realization. Key Responsibilities Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, and modernization; deploy and configure cloud solutions (e.g., AWS) Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and adoption of new technologies such as AIOps, hybrid cloud, and DevOps Ensure service excellence, 24x7 operational availability, and adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations Govern end-to-end ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Risk, and Configuration Management Act as primary interface for senior client stakeholders; manage governance, reporting, and escalations Lead and mentor large, diverse teams across geographies; build leadership pipelines and drive employee engagement Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards; drive audits and risk management Deliver measurable business outcomes and support new deal wins, including RFI/RFP responses Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 18–20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services, including large-scale Cloud delivery and transformation programs Strong exposure to global delivery models and enterprise clients (BFSI, Insurance, CMT, Retail/Consumer Goods) Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), hybrid infrastructure, automation, and ITIL-based service management Proven P&L/portfolio management experience and track record of client governance at senior stakeholder level Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
