Our customers include many prominent enterprises in Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, and High-Tech Manufacturing and Engineering industries. We are looking for a highly motivated quality engineering leader who is passionate about driving quality in every dimension, from test automation and performance engineering to reliability and operational excellence across the full software delivery life cycle. The ideal candidate possesses a strong can-do attitude and thrives as part of a world-class team with a shared passion for excellence. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a loosely structured organization and capable of managing multiple assignments in parallel. Responsibilities : Quality Strategy & Leadership ·Define and drive the overall quality engineering strategy, ensuring products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and readiness to ship. ·Oversee test plans, test cases, test matrices, and bug reporting processes, performing regular coverage and gap analysis to prioritize testing efforts. ·Monitor, track, and report test status and defect statistics to relevant stakeholders. Automation, Tooling & CI/CD ·Drive automation initiatives across functional, API, platform, and performance testing to continuously assess product quality and delivery readiness. ·Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, championing a shift-left approach to defect prevention. ·Evaluate and maintain test automation frameworks and tooling to improve efficiency and coverage.
