Brief Summary: We are looking for a Senior/Principal Architect specializing in AI to guide clients in leveraging advanced AI solutions from conception to execution. This role demands a strategic vision and technical expertise to enhance AI adoption across various industries. Responsibilities: Lead design thinking sessions and co-innovation workshops to uncover AI opportunities across business areas. Collaborate with CxOs and senior technology leaders to develop AI transformation strategies and operational models for responsible AI use. Translate business needs into AI architecture, covering model lifecycle, agentic systems design, and cloud-based platforms. Develop AI infrastructure blueprints that balance cost and performance while ensuring resilience and security. Tailor AI solutions for different sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, telecom, and public services. Establish frameworks for responsible AI practices, including model risk management and compliance with regulations. Represent the firm at advisory councils and public forums, showcasing insights on enterprise AI architecture. Mentor architects and engineers in the application of modern AI systems, including generative models and MLOps pipelines. Requirements: Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field preferred; executive education in strategy or innovation is an advantage. Minimum of 18 years in technology architecture, with over 3 years focused on AI-led transformation roles. Proven experience as an Enterprise/Principal Architect or similar senior advisory position in AI, cloud, or digital transformation. Mastery of various AI domains, including generative AI, agentic systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation. Strong familiarity with AI infrastructure, including GPUs, data orchestration, and observability tools.
